Kevin grew up in Englewood Colorado and is considered by his peers
as an artist’s artist. He received a BA in illustration and studied with artist
Jim Valone at RMCAD from 1990-1993. Then studied at The Art Students
League of Denver with Quang Ho 93-96. He has works in the Nagel Hall
Art Collection at University of Denver, The Children’s Hospital in Aurora
CO., City of Greenwood Village, The Benson Hotel Aurora CO. and
numerous private collections. Notable awards include, Artist Choice Award,
Solon d Arts, 2005 / Swede Johnson Memorial Award / 1st place
Cumberland Art Society, 2013 / Greenwood Village Mayor’s Award of
Excellence in the Arts, 2013 / Best of show & 1st place at Colorado Plein
Air Fest, 2013. His work can be seen at Gallery 1261 in Denver CO. and at
the Meyer Gallery in Santa Fe New Mexico. Upcoming shows: solo at the
Meyer Gallery November 15th 2024 and a solo at Gallery 1261 2026.
