This cowboy is in his prime in confidence and physical acuity. He has taken on one of the most dangerous sports possible – rodeo bull riding. He mounts 2,000 lbs. of horns, hooves, muscle, and mean with the intention to stay glued on for 8 seconds; an ambition that comes from a sense of invulnerability, proven ability, and familiarity with achieving the status of â??Number One.â?
Over one hundred volunteers staff the Coors Art Gallery during the Stock Show and special events such as the Red Carpet Reception. Volunteers come from across the front range, drawn by their love for the art show as well as their dedication to raising funds for the National Western Scholarship Trust, to which the Coors Western Art Exhibit & Sale is the largest contributor.
